If the product is already manufactured and in our stock, the shipment takes approximately 5 days following your purchase on the website. If you have ordered a product that is listed as a pre-order, the shipment will be made starting from the third week following your purchase.

Returns policy:
If you are in France, in accordance with the french law, returns are possible up to two weeks after receiving your items. Returned clothing must be in its original packaging and should not have been worn or damaged. For other items purchased on Ajile.life, such as books, returns are not possible.To begin the return process, please follow these steps:

- Attach a photo of the product, along with a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
- We will respond as soon as possible with the return shipping process.
- The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
